LAUNCH Together Final Evaluation Report

This report summarizes the regional effort across Chaffee and Fremont counties to create a strong system to support social-emotional development and early childhood mental health. The effort focused on five core strategies, among them to strengthen an integrated regional system of primary care and early childhood behavioral health, increase screening, and coordinate the mental health consultation and support systems.
