In-Home & Virtual Parenting Support
Most families can benefit from extra support during pregnancy, after the baby is born, and during the first few years of life.
In-home parenting support can:
Enhance parenting skills, understanding, and confidence
Help families get accustomed to a new baby
Provide personal support and referrals to resources
Promote bonding and healthy development
Find resources for one-on-one education, guidance and support for your family — either virtually or at your home.

Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, voluntary program that supports first-time moms to create better futures for themselves and their babies. Nurse-Family Partnership sends specially trained nurses to regularly visit young, first-time moms-to-be, starting early in the pregnancy, and continuing through the child’s second birthday.
Expectant moms benefit by getting the care and support they need to have a healthy pregnancy. At the same time, new mothers develop a close relationship with a nurse who becomes a trusted resource they can rely on for advice on everything from safely caring for their child to taking steps to provide a stable, secure future for them both.

Eligibility: First-time moms
